The 5 panelists gave their feedback on the website of Muuras by filling in a 2-minute survey before the start of the session. Pjotr prepared well in the conversation guide and this made it easy for him to ask the right questions at the right time.

The session went great and all 5 panelists gave their feedback on the website. Pjotr: “The first page has too much information. People want to see real life examples and those are still missing at our website.”

The outcome

Get people attracted! The biggest problem was that the target audience did not immediately got a warm feeling from the landing page. There was plenty of complicated information to be found, but not the correct information that a first visitor might be looking for. This possibly makes the visitor drop out. "The colors fit well with the website and they attract me, only the overload of terms for me as a layman makes me drop out."

3 ideas to make it better!

• Attract the visitor at first blink by not using too much jargon: “The 1st impression feels more educational than businesslike. I feel it requires more professionalism and the messaging needs work.” ”It is clear, but requires a bit of digging, Drive the message home as soon as you open site.”
• Create an FAQ: “It is quite clear, just not very extensive information. Which is also good: its concise. However, it also raises more questions.”
• Show actual examples: “Graphics and explanation are clear. What I am missing is additional photos of what 'swamps on walls' may look like.”
