As part of a larger rebranding effort of all CCV services and hardware, CCV was about to introduce a new pay-off with their main brand promise. They had prepared several options and were looking for feedback from their main users in retail and hospitality. Which slogan best matches the new branding and conveys the message to their audience?

Before the session, the entrepreneurs answered a 2-minute survey to give their opinion on the various slogans given. Sophie used these answers as her guideline during the conversation. The pre-answered questions allowed for diving into the feedback during the conversation. The discussion between the different shopkeepers resulted into the emerging of 2 winners from the original short-list.
After finishing the session, Sophie gathered the feedback and the insights in a compact summary to share with CCV.

With the output from the 5hellos session, the CCV team was able to decide on the final winner, or run an A/B test to get to the best slogan for their services.
