T-Mobile collaborated with 5hellos to evaluate their recent online brand campaign with the target audience: small business owners and freelancers. In two brief online discussions, each involving 5 entrepreneurs and freelancers, 5hellos delved into the message of T-Mobile's campaign.
The aim of these sessions was to gain insights into: What message does this campaign convey to the target audience? To what extent do entrepreneurs feel that this campaign aligns with the T-Mobile brand? And most importantly, why? With these insights, T-Mobile can develop a follow-up campaign.
Prior to the online sessions, the entrepreneurs were shown the campaign videos and banners, and then answered 5 questions using the 5hellos tool.
