T-Mobile used 5hellos to get feedback from entrepreneurs and freelancers about different forms of promotion when renewing a subscription. The aim of the 5hellos sessions was to gain insight into the preferences of this target group. Which action is most appealing? And above all why?
The entrepreneurs and freelancers were shown 4 different actions beforehand, with 5 questions. Moderator Tess used the answers to gain a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurs' preferences and trade-offs when renewing their subscriptions.
The perfect amount of information
After a short introduction, Tess started the discussion on the different deals. To what extent does a promotion offer extra value or convenience for entrepreneurs? Later on they went into more detail about the types of promotion that differ in terms of duration, value and type of discount. In the short session, the entrepreneurs clearly indicate what offers the most value from their personal perspective and situation.
