Lattiz® targets hospitality entrepreneurs and wants to inspire them while building stronger engagement. 5hellos explored which content themes entrepreneurs find relevant, how posts could become more attractive, and where improvements can be made.
In two 5hellos sessions, horeca entrepreneurs provided concrete and actionable feedback: from the appeal of inspirational recipes and product ideas to the importance of storytelling, vividness, and practical tips.

Research set-up
The research consisted of two 5hellos sessions with horeca entrepreneurs responsible for purchasing milk/coffee products. Participants answered five targeted questions on social media usage and content preferences beforehand.
Outcomes
The sessions provided valuable insights into what type of social media content resonates with horeca entrepreneurs. Among other things, participants indicated that they appreciate content that is both inspirational and practical, offering ideas that can be applied in their businesses. At the same time, some content was perceived as less engaging due to being too commercial or lacking a clear message. The results give Lattiz® clear direction on how to make their social media approach more relevant and appealing to their audience.
